You're in the wrong newsgroup to discuss this. Get better advice in the
Windows XP or Outlook/Outlook Express groups.
That being said (since this info may also be of value to the Microsoft
Project community), Microsoft doesn't send junk emails.
The emails you are no doubt getting, most everyone else in the world
with email accounts, are from "bad guy" spammers trying to dupe you into
installing their virus-infected software. See

The only way you can stop these emails is with Spam detection software.
You can avoid ever getting these by following the advice published by
Microsoft (and many others).
