General Mail Failure

I have a spreadsheet that when I attempt to add a routing
slip I get the "General Mail Failure" error message. I
have reviewed all the KB articles that I can find on this
issue and still have the problem. Other spreadsheets with
routing slips attached work fine.

Any one with any ideas.
