general question about programming languages

Hey guys,
I've always programmed in C++ and Java... now I'd like to hear from the
community: what is the best programming language for business (enterprise)
software development: C++, Java, C# , PhP or ASP .NET ? (or any other one)
Comments will be greatly appreciated!

ps. Let's assume the system needs to access a DB via SQL (ODBC) and that
internet accessability is not necessary (but a plus).
