GeneralUnhandledException

While I am trying to create a resource on the Project server 2007,I
get the error GeneralUnhandledException.
and the resource creation failed.

I have checked the input files for the completeness of the data and
the data is all correct.If I would have get an mdpropuid error I would
have easily identified that the error is due to some missing custom
field value for the resource.But could not understand why this error
is there.
Please Help as I am blocked in my work.
