Generate Collection and Call Webservice

Hello,

i want to generate a kind of structure -maybe collection- (for example
in Excel Collection of Cells or in Project Server a task collection)
and put Data in it. -This is kind of standard.

Now i want to call a Webservice and pass that collection as paramter.

Is this possible? How?
