Generate database DDL from Visio 2007

We are using Visio 2000 to generate a DDL from our database diagrams. We did
not upgrade Visio since the generation of DDL from Visio was moved to Visual
Studio We did not want to purchase Visual Studio since we do not that tool.
Has Visio 2007 changed that? Can we generate a DDL from a database diagram or
do we still need to use Visual Studio?
