Generate DDL/SQL in Visio Enterprise Architect

I've been trying to get by with this poor documentation, but the little bit
of help description is incorrect. It talks about an "SQL" category in the
"Properties" pane. Unfortunately, there is no "SQL" category when I click on
a table. Could anybody please provide some detailed description as to how I
can generate SQL for MS-SQL that would script the table generation of a table
in visio.

PS: I have Version 10.0.5110 of Visio for Enterprise Architects (latest
update via web for everything, incl. VS.net, XP Pro, MS-SQL2000-SP3a)
