Generate DDL to two SQL Server databases

I need to create an ER Diagram that represents tables distributed across two
(or more) SQL Server databases. I have Visio for Enterprise Architects
(10.0.2705). I want to be able to generate both databases from a script
generated from Visio. I want to be able to make changes to the diagram and
have update scripts generated for the database objects involved. Is this
possible with VEA? Any suggestions for the best way to go about this?
