generated a pps file with music, music doesn't play in other pcs

Dear Community:

I have generated a pps file which has some background music, I used insert a
sound from file option. The background music plays fine in the pc that
generates presentation but when I email the pps file to others they do not
have the background sound. How can I save the sound file in the pps file and
send it out?

You may want to give PFCExpress (completely free) a try, it was made
specifically to handle this.

Dear Ali,

Video will not travel with your PPT. Here's what you'll need to do:

Creat a new folder
Save your PPT into the folder
Save your video into the folder
Open the PPT from the new folder
Reinsert the video saved into the new folder into the PPT
Close out of PPT
In Windows Explorer, browse to the new folder right click on the folder
Send to Compressed (Zipped) folder.

Attached the zipped folder to the email. Depending on the file size, this
may or may not work for you.
