Generated xml Document is not consistant

When we export the project to xml format.

It is possible that the resource refers to the CalendarUID and the calendar
for this UID is not present in exported XML file.

Just create simple project with three tasks and save it,
you will see only one calendar with UID as 1and one resource with
calendarUID as 2

I did the following in 2003 and 2007
I created a three task file with two resources. I also created a separate
resource calendar for Resource #1.
I am able to locate all the resource calendars in the <Calendars> section of
the resultant XML document. There is more than one. Make sure the resource
calendar is different from the main calendar by adding a few vacation days.

Additionally, I am able to find a calendar assignment for each resource in
the <Resources> section as <CalendarUID>

Each task also contains a 0/1 toggle for <IgnoreResourceCalendar>

In summary, it is all in there.
