Generating a distribution list from Access into Outlook

I have a database in Access 2003 that contains names, addresses and email
addresses. I want to generate a distribution list of ALL OF THE names that
have an email address - and send the distribution list to Out look 2003.
I can generate a list of names and email addresses in Access - but how do I
put it into Outlook as a distribution list - EACH TIME - as the list will
change over time??
