Generating a list?

I

Irv

I have a work sheet summary that looks something like this:

A B C D E F

STYLE 110
COLOR A B C TOTAL MISSSING
BLACK 25 15 -10 40 -10
NAVY -2 10 15 25 -2
RED 10 20 25 55 0

120 -12

STYLE 440
COLOR 1X 2X TOTAL MISSING
WHITE -15 25 25 -15
NAVY 20 20 40 0
65 -15

Is there any way to generate a list of only what i am "missing" that would
look something like this?

STYLE COLOR SIZE AMOUNT
110 BLACK C -10
110 NAVY A -2
440 WHITE 1X -15

Any help apreciated

It is a little difficult to tell from what I see here, but you can easily sort in any order to want based on up to three columns or fields, which i think from what i see would accomplish separating the blanks from the rest. Not positive that is what you are trying to do or not, it is difficult to see the Columns correctly in here. If after sorting on three columns, you need to do more sorting, select the range you need to further sort and do it again

Hope that helped

I recommend you put your Style number on each row, rather than as a header
for each group.......then you could do Data > Subtotals to establish the
grouping and subtotals for each, and then you could use the AutoFilter to
find those "missing" items..........
