Generating an Org Chart from a relation database???

hi there,
i've got info in two related tables in Access -
dbo_Employee and dbo_Employee_Postion
how can I display fields from both [not just one] of the
tables - as seems to be the only option when using the
wizard.
ie: First_Name and Surname from dbo_Employee
and
Job_Title and Supervisor_Pos [which gives the heirarchy]
from dbo_Employee_Postion
???
any advice on how to quickly put something together would
be great.
