Generating random numbers

I would like to know how I can use Excel to generate a set of 5 random integers
with no repetition. I want to input a number in a cell, and get back 5 random
integers between 1 and that number.

Put all the possible integers you would be willing to accept in one
column, put =RAND() in a second column, then sort both columns by the
second column and take the first 5 values from the first column.
