generation of: qty to serial numbers, plus date

i think i messed up with formulas enough,
just need your help now.
so what i need is:
i have product qty, serial numbers and date it entered.
i need formula so i can enter just qty and rest will be just generated it self
first row:
2 00001 00002 090730
next row:
3 00003 00005 090730
