Generic Host Win 32

I need some help. My computer is going crazy again because this "Generic Host
WIN 32" has failed again. Is this another virus that is covered up in MS
lingo or is this an actual part of the system? If I delete it, for some
reason it is in the Temp folder, will I have any adverse affects?

I don't see that this is an Office question and I suggest you post to
a newsgroup for your operating system but please ensure your message
is verbatim, no spaces where there should be none and the text
absolutely correct to help someone determine what virus you may have.
