Generic Resource Assignements and PWA

Hi,

Since the installation of Project Web Access, I have been able to view
Resource Assignments for Generic Resources. However, since about last month,
no generic resources are writting assignment records to display.

For example, I can look at Task lists and see the generic resource assigned
to a particular task. But if I go into a Resource view and try to View
Resource Assignments I am not longer seeing any new records there.

Further to the mystery. The reason they are not showing is that no generic
resource assignment records are being written to MSP_Web_Assignments.

All this was working fine up until recently and to the best of my knowledge,
nothing has changed.

Any ideas out there folks?

Brad --

Generic resources do not have a timesheet in PWA, and consequently their
assignments do not appear in the View resource assignments page in PWA. Is
it possible that your Project Server administrator initially created the
Generic resources as human resources but with "generic" names, and then last
month converted them to true Generic resources? That would explain why they
showed up at one time and now don't show up. Let us know. Hope this helps.

As always, thank you for the quick reply.

Since I am the only administrator, there is no chance that the generic
resources were messed with.

The only far-fectched idea I have of any activity I did last month, was to
mess with setting up an Administrative Project. And I never even assigned any
resources to it.
