Hello everyone and thanks in advance for helping me.
I have setup multiple generic resources within the Enterprise Resource
Pool such as "GenericConsultant" for outside consultants that will be
assisting on projects. They are not part of our company and do not
have logon/authentication etc. My questions are:
1) If department#1, and department#2 within my company use this
generic resource at the same time, how will department#1 track the
amount of work that this generic resource has accomplished without
getting the information from department#2??
2) Is there a benefit to using generic resources such as
"GenericConsultant" as opposed to named consultants for each
department such as "MEDITECHConsultant", "MICROSOFTConsultant" etc??
Thanks!
