This doesn'e seem to have been published. Sorry for the duplicate if
it appears sometime today.
I would like to know how people are handling generic or contract
resources in project enterprise. Specifically, suppose I hire a web
developer for $5000, assign a task to them in the project. A week
later I need another web developer but the fee is $8000 and so on. The
cost tables would allow be 5 different cost (A-E). What happens after
the table are full? It doesn't make sense to try to use effectivity
dates as some could overlap others.
Any suggestion as to how to handle this in an enterprise environment?
