Genius Office Assistant Missing from XP

Hi, All

I just installed Office XP on my computer, and found that the Genius was
missing from the list of Office Assistants. Is this true? If so, is he
available as a seperate download?
I loved the little guy!

Hi Graham,

The Genius was discontinued by MS after Office 2000.
Unfortunately, the link that Randall provided is
for the Office 97 version, which used a different
technology than that in Office 2000 and up.

If you still have Office 2000 you may be able to use the
..ACS (Actor) file for the genius to add him to your gallery.

Ummm, he was smart enough to get a better job?

Not sure what the reason was, but he does work
in Office XP and 2003
