Everytime I want to open a brochure template for Microsoft Word, it
says:

"Templates are only avaialbe to customers running genuine Microsoft
Office. "

Then I click continue and it brings up this message:

You may be a victim of software counterfeiting. The following Microsoft
Office software installed on this computer is not genuine: Microsoft
Office Home and Student 2007.

And then you can click "Get Genuine", which I do. And when I do this,
it says that the validation is successful and then Word still won't
open/download the brochure templates. This is the third time I've
installed Word, but it shouldn't be doing this. Any help?

Thanks Carey. I did that and these are my results

Passed Active scripting allowe
Passed Display images enable
Passed Computer time and date correc
Passed Cookies enable
Passed Plug-ins enable
Passed Microsoft Genuine Advantage plug-ins are installed and loade
Passed Office validation ActiveX loade
Passed Validation Self-help ActiveX loade
Passed Microsoft Genuine Advantage plug-ins connect with Microsof
validation server

And then I click on Validate Office, again, and then after it gets t
the validation screen it automatically re-directs to the scree
"Validation Successful". Then I went to open Word again and tried i
except the same thing popped up. I would call Microsoft except thei
hours are closed and I have to get this homework done tonight, haha
Any other ideas

What other Office programs do you have installed besides Office 2007 Home and Student edition?
