"Genuine Microsoft Products"

I have tried to download some templates from the Microsoft site but it is
telling me that I failed a genuine products test of some kind. I don't have
an illlegal copy of powerpoint. It came installed on a computer that I
bought. Same thing with my husband. What's up?

I only seemed to find people with the same problem but no solutions. Both
my husband & I bought our computers from Costco. I don't think they are
using scammed software!

Did Microsoft Office (word, powerpoint, excel etc) come with the PC or was
it added later?

Also is the Microsoft site saying your Windows is not genuine or Microsoft
office?
