Genuine product check

I have passed several times Microsoft genuine product check. It is normal
since I bougth my Toshiba Satellite with installed Microsoft XP products.
However, now I am being rejected because allegedly "Microsoft Office Onepass
2003" (that I have never used) lacks something or fails a verification. I
have internally reinstalled it, but the problem remains still. Hope to please
have an answer ([email protected]) on how to fix this problem. I demand
such solution reply in order to be allowed accessing the updating resources
systems.

I don't know what "Office Onepass 2003" is, never seen that before. If
you've never used it why not just uninstall it?

Finally - probably not a good idea to post your e-mail address in a
newsgroup. That's a good way to get a lot more spam.
