This appears to be a default browser problem. In the two cases I found by
searching, the problem was solved by setting IE to be the default browser;
in one case by using "Set Program access and Defaults", and the other using
the "Programs" tab in "Internet Options":
thank you for your response all working fine again it seems for some reason
ie was not the default boswer.
