German dictionary for Outlook 2003

I asked this question in another room but no one could help me.

I am using the English Outlook 2003 (my office version is xp and my os is xp
pro with
the SP2 installed) I live in Germany and require the german dictionary in
order to do spell checking in the german language. The only choices I have
at the moment
are 2 English, 3 french and 2 spanish languages (Because I am using the
Irish
version of Outlook 2003 here in Europe and not the North American version);
german no where to be found. Where do I find the German dictionary to
download onto my harddrive for Outlook 2003? I would appreciate all the help
I can get on this. My WORD from my Office XP has the ability to change the
language to german; why not the Outlook?
