German proofing tools for Office 2003 Student & teacher

Are there German proofing tools for Office 2003 Student & teacher?
My version will spell-check English, French and Spanish only.
I have the latest support pack SP3. My computer runs on Vista.
Have tried downloading office2003ptk-KB24886-FullfileENU.exe but it will not
run.

I might buy Office 2007 but wonder if this would help.
What about Office 2003 Professional?

Hi MikVanda,

For Office 2003 you'd usually purchase the Office 2003 Proofing Tools Kit to add the capabilities for additional languages.

For Office 2007 you can purchase a single language pack add-in rather than the whole set.

Am I misunderstanding you? I thought "office2003ptk-KB24886-FullfileENU.exe"
WAS the same thing as the "Office 2003 Proofing tools kit". Can you give me
a link to get the right thing. I don't want to upgrade to 2007 unless it it
unavoidable. I'm just a home-user with Grandchildren who are beginning to
share my interest in foreign languages.

The Fullfile update is only a patch to existing Office 2003 Proofing Tools installation. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/924886/
The 'KB' in the file title indicates it's update related.

The actual Office 2003 Proofing Tools kit is a separate purchase from Office 2003. There's more information on the kit here

Unfortunately that's not much to go on

Can you provide details? Are you getting an error message, or is Word not proofing particular text? Are you using an English
language version of Office 2003 with the Office 2003 Proofing Tools Kit (separate purchase) added, or ???
