Get a Message Box while Opening a document containing ActiveX control!

I have my own ActiveX control developed in VC7 using ATL for MS Word. I
insert this control into MS Word document multiple times. and persist
properties of my control while saving document. Now when i reopen the
document that contains the ActiveX controls and click on one of my own
control, about 15% of the time i get a message box with caption "Microsoft
Visual Basic" and text "Can't exit design mode because Control 'PrintLogObj'
can not be created". Now when i close the document and reopen it is loaded
successfully and no message box on click.

anybody know about this problem.
