Get back the menu "file" -> "sign off from .net passport account"

Subject says it all:
I once configured connectivity of Messenger with Outlook.
Then I chose "sign off from .net passport account" from menu "file"
(Actually it was in german: "Vom .NET Passport Konto abmelden"). This menu
disappeared and I am not sure what the effect was / is.
