Get data from Excel without having to insert an Excel Worksheet!

Hi Everyone,

I am not sure how to do this but I will like to be able to obtain
information from Excel without having to cut and paste.

For example: I typically have all the information that I need in
spreadsheets and once I am done with the spreasheet I need to use some
information from different cells in the spreadsheet in order to populate
fields in a Word document. Can this be done without coding in Visual Basic.
Or such application does not exists? Perhaps I might be able to do this with
access but I am not sure.

Any help and/or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

It cannot be done without coding in Visual Basic (whether the data is in
Access or Excel)
