Get emails to check if sender is in my contacts?

Emails used to come with a box that told me if the contact was in my
database. After reloading outlook this fetaure is missing? How do I turn it
on? This feature automatically adds the sender to the contacts folder upon
clicking on the buttton.

Note the right hand click option on the address is not what I am looking for
as it assumes you know wherther the sender is already in the contacts.
