GET ERROR 2908 53EB5...... AND INSTALL FAILS

nWhen installing Front Page 2003 I get error 2908
53EB5CFB=3DAF-4890-ABCD-4895D28EAAAF and the installation fails. I am using
Windows XP Media Ceter Edition on a new Dell Insperion 6000. This is
dissapointing since MS wants $99/hr to help get their progam installed on
their operating system.
