Get error message and can't open forwarded attachments? Help?

Error message I receive when trying to open "forwarded" attachments:

"The form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your
administrator."

I can only save forwarded attachments (envelope icon) and then open in
Explorer, but what a pain. How do I eliminate error message and open
attachment while still in Outlook?
