Get External Data Macro

Hi,

I'm inputting data from a number of named sources on an excel spreadsheet.
This means I have to do the 'Get external data' process a number of times.
Can I write a macro that will import the various named ranges from the
spreadsheet (similar to recording a macro in Excel). Or do I have to write a
Module to do this.?

Any help would be much appreciated.

you can do it either way but the simplest way would be to
write an access macro using the transferspreadsheet method.
