Get external data stopped working

Microsoft excel error message follows:
Unable to open http://webservices.pcquote.com/cgi-
bin/excel.exe. Cannot download the information you
requested.

I just went here. What are you trying to get on the site and how?

this gets a quote
http://pcquote.com/stocks/quote.php?symbol=msft
Then if you right click on the table (where the volume is) I get (xl2002) an
option to import to excel.
Or, you could use this url to write a macro to set up a query table.
