Get Login Prompt but can't login to PWA or Project sites...

I just stood up a Project 2007 server and my users get a prompt when trying
to access PWA and the project workspaces from IE. But when they supply
credentials they are not granted access. However, on the server they can
login fine. I am using kerberos, AD groups, and windows integration for
security. Any suggestions? am stumped.

Hi Big Rod,

I would suggest ensuring the logon mode that you setup for trusted
sites in Internet Explorer for the users.
Please check under Internet Options-> Security-> Trusted Sites->
Custom Level, you can find the Logon options at the bottom of the
list. Choose it to use current user id and password to logon. This
should help you, I think.

I fixed it. Through troubleshooting I found that I was using kerberos for
authentication on the site. Had to change to NTLM. After I did this users
could log in fine. Thanks for the help!
