Get Name of Icon using Face ID

I have icons that I like to use in a menu in 2003. I have the Face Id
numbers and would like to use those same icon images in the Ribbon for 2007.
Is there a way to get the icons name from the id number and then find that
icon name in 2007 so I know I am using the same icon? The Custom UI uses XML
and they wan the name of the icon.

You can only use the old icons if you use the old commandbars code in 2007

But I see some of the 2003 icons in 2007. Do the icons in 2003 have names
that I could use in the Custom UI in 2007?
