Get "No internet accounts to import" error

I'm trying to import two internet accounts from another machine.

When I used the Import and Export wizzard I select internet account
settings...

But when I click next, it just tells me it couldn't find any to import.

I don't get a browse dialog to point to the files I want to import

You Can't. Well not directly.

#Open Outlook Express (OE). import your IAF files into
here first. Then close OE and open MSOutlook. Click file
import etc etc and you wioll be led through the process.
You will need to re-enter the passwords though
