Get Outlook 2000 to remember toolbars placements after closing.

I can set all the tollbars where I want them and even "Delete" the "Plaxo"
toolbar. Then I close and reopen the program, now they're all back to the
"default". How can I get Office Outlook 2000 to remember the placements?

Talk to Plaxo. Outlook has no control over how their toolbar behaves. It's up to them to make sure that the settings are remembered between sessions. That's the same issue for any third-party toolbars.
