Get Outlook Today to point to personal folders

I am trying to modify the Outlook Today page so that the
tasks point to a user's personal folders tasks instead of
the default one. I have tried Microsoft's "Customizing
the Outlook Today Page" with no results. Does anyone
have advice of how to accomplish this? Thank you.
