get Public Key??

Hello world, I have a problem with give the public key from a certificate.
I'm trying to use the Crypto Api function CryptVerifySignature and I need a
parameter (HCRYPTKEY hKey)
where I Can get this public key from certificate directly in format
HCRYPTKEY?
Can I get from another way...who? help me...!!
