Get Rid of Warning when using OWC 11

Hello there,

since I use an OWC 11 spreadsheet on an XL 2003 userform,
I get an extra warning like "Active X control might be unsafe..."
whenever I open the XL-workbook.

Can I get avoid this message and if so, how ?
