Get Server Date and Date Format

Hi,
Using A2000. I need to know if there is any way to get the Domain Server
Date and Time through code - like a time/date stamp. Server is Win 2003
Server. I use the Date function now but find that if the client system date
is off then the application uses/inserts the wrong date.

Also, is there any way of setting the Date Format in the client system
through Access?
