After downloading and installing the Add-In, it doesn't work (exited then
reloaded Word, and the expected "Get Started" tab still does not appear up
in the ribbon).
I looked in the add-in manager (Word options > Add-ins > Com Add ins) and
it's listed there as available, but the check box is not checked. I tried
checking the box and reloading, but still no good. (and the check box is
becomes unchecked)
Other add-ins have a recognizable location in the add-in manager, like
"Program Files . . . Microsoft Office . . ."
But the location for the Get Started Tab Add-In just says "mscoree.dll",
with nothing preceeding it. (I did a search, and mscoree.dll resides in the
Windows>System32 folder.
Tried removing and reinstalling the Add-in. No luck.
Any help as to why the add-in isn't loading properly would be very
appreciated.
