Any idea how can read the picture from the word document
with position (X,y)

Closest Word provides would the the RelativeHorizontal and
RelativeVertical position arguments for the Information
property of the Selection and Range objects. This will give
you the coordinates from the page or margin. Remember: Word
is a Word processor, geared towards printing out pages.
It's not generally oriented to giving you information about
how things are displayed on-screen, the way a browser is.
