get value from another program

I have a program that i only change 2 number of 2 characteristics and it will
give me the value i need .
I make a new sheet with a list of numbers of 2 above characteristics.
The question is that how can i set up a formular to get the value from this
program by replacing 2 numbers of these 2 characteristic then i just copy
that formula to another cell and it will get the value i need with other
numbers
