GetEffectiveRights returns 0, what does this mean?

Hi,
following result is returned when I use the GetEffectiveRights tool.

<Description><![CDATA[GetEffectiveRights OUT;
<Reply><HRESULT>0</HRESULT><STATUS>2</STATUS><UserName>Administrator</UserName></Reply>
]]></Description>

Can anyone tell me what this indicates?
