GetInterfaceObject - ObjectDBX problem

Hi
I'm using A2005

I sure it's something stupid, but anyone have ideas why does the following
give a Type Mismatch error?

Dim dbxdoc As AxDbDocument
Set dbxdoc =
AcadApplication.GetInterfaceObject("ObjectDBX.AxDbDocument.16")
