Hi,
I have a pivot table with multiple columns and need to create a summary
report by different views using getpivotdata. Below is just a small
summary. The actual data runs into hundreds of rows.
The Pivot looks as follows
Col 1 Col 2 Col 3 Col4
Country Segment Pricing Various months.......................
A AA XA
XB
XC
Total AA
AB XA
XB
XC
Total AB
AC XA
XB
XC
Total AC
Total A
B AA XA
XB
XC
Total AA
AB XA
XB
XC
Total AB
AC XA
XB
XC
Total AC
Total B
C AA XA
XB
XC
Total AA
AB XA
XB
XC
Total AB
AC XA
XB
XC
Total AC
Total C
the summary sheet/template. However I need totals by segment ( for AA )
across all countries or totals by pricing ( for eg XA ) across all
segment and countries.
With Getpivotdata will I need to add each Segment(AA) for all the
countries to arrive at a total in my summary sheet. There are 'n'
number of countries.
Is there a simpler way or alternative.
Regards
Sandip.

From the above, to get country wise total is simple and easy to link to
the summary sheet/template. However I need totals by segment ( for AA )
across all countries or totals by pricing ( for eg XA ) across all
segment and countries.
With Getpivotdata will I need to add each Segment(AA) for all the
