I tried to use the apiGetPrivateProfileString
for a convertion of an access program to 32 bits
instead of getPrivateProfileString
but it doesn't work
can anyone help me?

Pretty hard to do if you don't show the code you're using.

Randy Birch has a reasonable overview of working with INI files at
http://vbnet.mvps.org/code/file/pprofilebasic.htm While it's aimed at VB
programmers, it should port into Access without any problems.
