Getting =20 instead of spaces in outlook 2003

I'm getting a lot of people complaining that me emails are funny i.e.

Anyone have any ideas?

Are you using gmail to send the messages? I believe there's a gmail option
affecting your format.

Nope, this email is being sent through Outlook 2003 via a MailEnable
server which is forwarded onto our ISP's

Well, something is interfering with the message on the way out, if the
recipient sees the headers in the body of the message as in your example. I
doubt that's Outlook's fault or everyone else would be seeing it too. Make
sure there's nothing scanning the message on the way out.
